Production control, photo and video reports, and inspection of the kit before shipment.

Assembly documentation and technical support.

The home ships at a high degree of readiness: interior finishes, built-in furniture, sanitaryware, a kitchen, and lighting; the internal building systems are installed at the factory. The exact contents are fixed in the specification attached to the contract.
Design takes 2–3 weeks and production of a private home up to 150 m² takes 25–30 days. A partner logistics company organizes delivery, and the client's contractor handles on-site assembly using our documentation.
