1. Who processes the data

The data you leave on tf-module.com is processed by TF Module (“we”), a company based in Guangzhou, Guangdong Province, China.

2. What data we collect

• A request: your name, phone number and, optionally, your Telegram username.
• The “Estimate your project” quiz: property type, region, area, project stage and the scope of work you need.
• Analytics data — only if you click “Accept” in the cookie notice: the pages you visit, your actions on a page (clicks, scrolling, session recordings), device and browser type, approximate location from your IP address, and the source you came from.

3. Why we do it

• To contact you and prepare an estimate for your project.
• To understand which pages are useful and improve the site (analytics only, and only with your consent).

We do not sell personal data and do not pass it to third parties for advertising.

4. How data is processed and where it is stored

When you submit a request, the site sends it to our server, which forwards it as a message to a private Telegram chat of our sales team. The site has no database of requests of its own.

Third-party services are involved: Telegram (message delivery and storage), the site's hosting provider Vercel (request handling and technical logs) and, if you accepted cookies, Yandex Metrica (analytics). They run on their own servers under their own rules.

5. How long we keep data

Requests are kept in our sales team's Telegram chat until you ask us to delete them. We do not delete them automatically.

Analytics data is kept under the rules of the Yandex Metrica service.

6. Your rights

You can write to sales@tf-module.com at any time and ask us to show, correct or delete your data, or to withdraw your consent to its processing. We will review your request and reply.

You can withdraw consent to analytics cookies by clearing the site's data in your browser: the notice will appear again. More in the cookie policy.

7. Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will appear on this page with an updated date. Consent to data processing is described separately in the consent to personal data processing.
