TF Module selects a factory in China for your specific project, prepares the technical brief, controls production, inspects the finished home before shipping, and supports delivery.
How the work is organized
TF Module is neither a factory nor a reseller — we are a project operator. We work with several specialized factories in China, and the contract is signed directly with the manufacturer. Communication with the factory is handled in Russian, English, and Chinese.
How a factory is chosen
Each site is strong in its own technologies — steel frames, timber, panel systems, large-format modules. That is why a separate pool of manufacturers is assembled for every project: we select a factory for the brief rather than fitting the project to what one factory can do.
The technical brief and the project
A project starts with your brief: where the property stands, what the climate is, and what it is for — year-round living, glamping, or a hotel. From that we prepare the technical brief; the thermal calculation and the region's wind and snow loads are built into the structure before production.
Production and quality control
Control runs at every key stage, from the design documentation to shipping. The home's envelope is assembled at the factory in stable conditions and checked before shipping, and our specialists inspect the finished property. More on the production and quality control page.
Specification
The home ships at a high degree of readiness: finishes, built-in furniture, sanitaryware, a kitchen, and lighting, with the internal building systems installed at the factory. The specification is fixed in the contract; furniture can be selected in the furnishing section.
Logistics and documents
After inspection, the finished property is loaded into a container. A partner logistics company then takes it along the route: delivery cost and timelines depend on the region and the delivery method and are calculated separately (more on delivery). Technical and assembly documentation, the operating instructions, and technical support come with the home.
What the client receives and the boundaries
The client receives the developed project, a property built and inspected at the factory, documentation, and support through shipping. TF Module's scope ends there: a partner logistics company organizes delivery, and the client's contractor handles on-site assembly. For a complex project we can send a factory engineer to supervise assembly.
