The homes are certified for operation from −50 °C to +45 °C. Insulation, glazing, and the heating loop are calculated for the specific region's climate before production begins.
A typical module or site cabin is a mass-produced solution with one unified design meant to fit any conditions. Our approach is different: every project gets its own technical brief, with insulation, glazing, and load-bearing structures calculated for the specific climate and purpose of the object, and production is matched to that project's requirements. The home is assembled at the factory under control at every stage — from the frame to the final specification — and ships complete.
Design takes 2–3 weeks, production of a private home up to 150 m² takes 25–30 days, and pre-shipment preparation takes up to 30 days. Delivery is calculated separately.
We work with several specialized factories in China and select the production line for each specific project: we put together the technical brief, oversee manufacturing, and inspect the home before it ships.
