A home built for Krasnodar and one built for Yakutsk may look identical, but structurally they are different objects.

Orienting the panoramic glazing to the compass points, extending the roof overhang above the windows, a sealed thermal-insulation loop, and supply-and-exhaust ventilation keep the temperature in a comfortable range. Condensation has two causes: a break in the vapor barrier loop and lack of ventilation. At the factory, the loop is assembled under stable conditions, without rain or humidity swings, and is checked before shipment. Ventilation is built into the project.
