Between 60 and 130 m², TF Module has two projects: Horizon 75 and Modern 91. Both are two-storey, but they are arranged differently: one is meant for a family, the other for leisure and guest rentals. Here they are compared by rooms and price.
Horizon 75 — 75 m², from $75,000
Horizon 75: two bedrooms, two bathrooms (one per floor), a 27 m² kitchen-living room, and a 12.5 m² terrace.

The project description lists a G550 steel frame, triple Low-E glazing, air recovery ventilation, warm water floors throughout, an air-to-water heat pump, and operation down to −45 °C.
Modern 91 — 91 m², from $91,000
Modern 91 is a leisure-focused home: one bedroom, a 30 m² kitchen-living room, a sauna, a stove with a chimney, and three terraces totalling 57.2 m².
