- Powder-coated aluminium outer panel; 50 mm stone wool; fire-resistant layer; decorative wall panels — carbon fibre/bamboo fibre; additional insulation layer.

- Aluminium profile; Low-E coated glazing; aluminium glass doors.
- Floor
- 18 mm cement-fibre board; SPC flooring; heat-resistant and sound-dampening elements included.
- Ceiling
- Bamboo-fibre / PVC panels.
