Three things matter for a glamping site: a comfortable room, a fast launch, and repeatability, so the complex can grow with identical modules. Below is how to choose a model from the ready-made module catalog and what to look at first.
Compact modules for a studio-style room
- TF M2 — 22 m², 6300 × 3450 × 3300 mm: a bedroom, a bathroom, a lounge area, and curved bay glazing.
- TF M28 — 28 m², 6300 × 3450 × 3300 mm: a separate kitchen-living room and dining area for longer stays.
- TF T6 — 28 m², 8500 × 3300 × 3300 mm: a fully glazed end and a private balcony off the bedroom.
Larger modules for family rooms
- TF M6 — 30 m², 8740 × 3450 × 3300 mm: glazing on both ends, a separate bathtub, and a kitchen.
- TF T8 — 38 m², 11500 × 3300 × 3300 mm: a separate media room and an enlarged bathroom.
- TF M8 — 41 m², 11800 × 3450 × 3300 mm: a bedroom, a bathroom with a tub, and a separate kitchen-living room.
Foldable modules: when transport matters
Foldable modules ship folded and unfold on site to their full area: TF E02 is 13 m² folded and 23 m² unfolded, TF E01 is 28 and 48 m², and TF E03 is 38 and 65 m². This helps when the site is hard to reach or transport dimensions are limited.
What to consider if you plan to use government support
One requirement of the support program for modular accommodation is a room area of at least 16 m², which is worth keeping in mind when choosing a model — for example, the most compact 13 m² modules do not meet the area requirement. How to decide
- Define the room format: a studio, a family room, or a room with a kitchen.
- Check the site's climate: insulation and heating are calculated for the region.
- Confirm the transport dimensions and access to the site — delivery is calculated separately.
