A completed project on the coast in Thailand: a steel frame on concrete supports, panoramic glazing, and a terrace running around the house. Below are the stages of the property in photos.
The house is built on a galvanized steel-profile frame set on a concrete platform raised on supports. The roof structure is steel as well, and the wall frames are sheathed with OSB boards.
The roof is covered with a foil membrane, over which a dark roofing finish is laid. The façade is clad in dark horizontal panels with a wood-look texture.
Inside, the walls are covered with grey panels with thin black joints, and the ceiling with light wood-look panels on beams; spotlights are built in.
The house is enclosed by sliding panoramic glazing in black frames, with a terrace and a horizontal-rod railing all around it. The sea is in view from the rooms and from the terrace.
