Design: 2–3 weeks

The project starts with a brief: location, climate, purpose. At this stage, the technical brief is put together, engineering decisions are made, and the project is prepared for the specific plot.

Production: 25–45 days

Manufacturing at the factory runs on a schedule. A private home up to 150 m² takes 25–30 days. A community or complex takes up to 45 days. This is a factory process — precision and predictability are higher than with field assembly.

Pre-shipment preparation: up to 30 days

Before shipping, the property goes through pre-shipment preparation and inspection. The finished home is inspected before it heads to the client.

Logistics: calculated separately

Delivery timelines and cost depend on the region and route. This stage is calculated individually for the project.

On-site assembly: 3–35 days

Assembling a home takes 3–7 days, a complex takes 14–35 days. Important: assembly isn't part of TF Module's base offer. We manufacture and deliver the property, and the client organizes on-site installation.
