How We Choose a Factory for the Project — Not the Project for a Factory

Most modular-home sellers offer whatever one specific factory happens to make. TF Module works differently: the client's brief comes first, then we select production to match it. Let's break down what that changes in practice.

There's no standard catalog

Every project starts with a brief: location, climate, purpose — housing, glamping, a hotel, a community, or an investment project. Only once the brief is defined are engineering decisions made and production selected. There's no ready-made catalog where a client picks "house number such-and-such."

Why this matters

When there's only one factory, the client gets fitted to its capabilities — its materials, its joints, its limitations. When there are several specialized factories, the production line that will execute the specific brief best is selected for it. The project isn't capped by one factory's ceiling.

Full cycle, not resale

TF Module isn't a home seller or a single factory's representative. We run the full cycle of building a project: we develop the project, put together the technical brief, select production for the brief, oversee manufacturing at every stage, and inspect the finished object before shipment. 17 years of expertise in China and direct work with factories let us maintain this control without intermediaries.

What this gives the client

Engineering decisions matched to the brief, not to one factory's limitations. Quality controlled at every stage. Predictable timelines from understanding the real production process. And honesty: if a brief is better solved a different way, we'll say so.

Boundaries

We manufacture and deliver the property. On-site assembly isn't part of the base offer — installation is organized by the client. Logistics and site preparation are calculated separately.
